KCOSERA Wholesale Policy

Wholesale Process

Select the items you’d like to order and submit the order.
Your sales representative will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your order. You can talk about shipping & payment method.
Please proceed with the payment after receiving Invoice from your sales representative.
After your payment is confirmed on our side, your package will be shipped out.

Order Requirements for Wholesale

1. Minimum Order Amount must be at least $1000.00 per PO
2. Please follow the MOQ (minimum order qty) for each item in cart. (If the item has no MOQ number, the default MOQ is 6)

3. Lead time runs from 2 to 5 days.
4. Shipping fee must be paid by customers. We will calculate the fee after placing the order and add it to the invoice.
5. Payment: 100% T/T before shipping. We accept wire transfer and credit cards (credit card has 3% transaction fee).
6. We are not able to provide you with the approval/E-Commerce policies of any of the brands that we sell.

*Please note, when ordering from KCOSERA Inc, with the intention of reselling on Amazon’s reseller central, you take full responsibility of the product(s) purchased. We are not responsible for any actions taken towards your account by Amazon or any marketplace, once you have accepted to purchase merchandise from us.

*Please only place orders for products you have ungated/eligible to sell on any marketplace. If you cancel an order more than once, we will consider suspending your account.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must have prior approval from support agent

If approved, please note the following:

Product must be in sellable condition in original packaging
No price tags or stickers on packaging
Product must be packed and received in sellable condition within 2 weeks of RMA date
Credit will be generated once products have been inspected and received into inventory.
Subject to 15% restocking fee
Return shipping paid by customer.

This site, and any contents or web pages attached, contains confidential and proprietary information that is intended for the exclusive use of Kcosera Inc., employees and authorized partners for the limited purpose of submitting orders and/or viewing products for wholesale customers.

Only authorized employees and partners are permitted to access this system and any unauthorized use of this system is unlawful. The information and material contained on this site is confidential, and all authorized persons accessing the material have an obligation of confidentiality.
